This bed is beautifully made, sturdy and comfortable (even if my pup prefers the sofa). The covers are thick and have a soft, quality feel to them. The padding is firm, which is ideal for longer lasting comfort. Ordering was easy and delivery was super fast, even a day before Christmas. My only issue, and the reason I dropped a star, is the zip. It split on day one. Easy enough to fix by opening it fully and closing again, but not really consistent with the rest of the bed. The website was really helpful in showing how to access the zip, but it was a bit disappointing on the first day. No problems since, however, and if I could just convince my pup that the sofa is for me, all would be well. I would definitely recommend, but would also suggest that the manufacturer consider using a slightly more sturdy zip.

From the web descriptions to the videos the content was great helping us to understand the differences between products and Baker/Bray BA others. The service by the gentlemen who answered the phone was informative, enthusiastic, and a great positive ambassador for the company. Finally, the product has arrived and is better than we imagined.
