Amazing customer service, so helpful! Our dog is loving his new bed

My springer loves the bed, the sides are nice and firm but the centre part supportive and soft!

The bed arrived beautifully packaged and with really quick delivery, first impressions were great. The quality is immediately obvious: sturdy, well-made, and genuinely lovely.

My only query was sizing - I’d bought a large (future-proofing for a growing pup!) but it was just slightly too big for our crate. I messaged to ask about an exchange, and within seconds the owner called me directly. He was warm, genuinely helpful, and completely unpressured - walked me through the thirty-day guarantee, explained that the inner cushion removes and fits the crate perfectly while the outer bed stays alongside it, and made it clear a free return was always on the table if I still wanted it.
That kind of customer service is rare. He clearly believes in what he makes - and having now used it, I understand why. Otto chooses his bed over the sofa (a genuine victory), settles so much faster when he’s in the office with me, and the cushion fits the crate like it was made for it.
We kept the bed. Absolutely no regrets. Highly, highly recommend - both the product and the people behind it. 🐾

The only thing I regret is not buying her one sooner. Also she did not need any persuasion at all to get in to it !

Magic loves his new memory foam bed, he’s incredibly relaxed and has a big smile on his face whenever he is in it.

I purchased the Comfort - Eco Friendly Orthopaedic Luxury Dog Bed in warm grey for my Border Collie Nala, she is a creature of habit so I wasn’t sure what she would make of it, and being larger than her last bed, and the new surroundings of where it was temporarily placed.
As soon as it arrived, I set it up as a ‘trial run’ in the spare bedroom where my office is and literally within half an hour of it being placed, she was fast asleep and loving life!
She really does think she is a Princess and given the outstanding quality and depth of the bed she must now truly believe it.

This is a beautiful and comfortable bed.The foam cushion just moulds into his body, reversible, easy to clean and wash.I bought my cockapoo the large as he likes to stretch out and take his toys to bed … so plenty of room.It’s kept its shape very well.I highly recommend this bed.

I have been looking for a bed for my two dogs, Dumbo and Lilou (adopted one recently). The little one needs to stick with her big sister (the golden retriever), so the two of them always squeeze into one bed (sometimes my golden will give up and sleep on the flor instead). I am so lucky to run into Baker and Bray during our day at the dog show, and they love the bed and finally can sleep through the night together!

I was a little sceptical about spending on another bed for my Cocker. She never seems to stay in any bed for long. But with the 30 day guarantee i have it a punt. She loves it !

I replaced our flat coat retriever's old bed with the luxury orthopedic bed from baker and bray. Barney is nearly 9 and whilst healthy and strong he is beginning to be less able to jump in and out of our 4x4 as easily and shows some signs of stiffness at the beginning and end of the day.
He has taken to the bed like a duck to water. Like many flat coats he sleeps in awkward looking positions but here he is on day 1 having inspected his new bed, and decided it was worthy of him. The only thing missing is a smile for his hotshot photographer mum! - photo to send separately

I was looking for a bed that was comfortable with strong high sides and would last well. I have too many donut beds with holes in them. I think this will be good and my dogs seem to like it. Its size S and this is a photo of my 12kg blond cockapoo and my 15 kg black cockapoo. Will see how it lasts but so far I am happy. Delivery was quick and it was all in one piece, so no construction required.

The large dog bed is exactly right for our lurcher. In fact it is so popular that it also fits our son and daughter-in-law’s whippet in on occasions! We are now considering buying another for our other lurcher even though she has a perfectly good bed but has her eye on a baker&bray! Lead now being sent!
